We guarantee quality and easy-to-wear children’s clothing. If you're unhappy with your clothes, please let us know where we went wrong. Email Mila at info@milapima.com. We’ll do everything we can to correct the problem.

If for some reason you change your mind, follow the instructions under Returns & Exchanges. We will refund your money minus a $10 restocking fee.

Shipping

No matter how many pieces you order, or for how many children, Mila Pima ships all clothes of one flat fee - $8.95.

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges 

Need a different size? Changed your mind on color? No problem. You can return or exchange your Mila Pima wear within 30 days of purchase. Here’s how:

• Email your name and order number to orders@milapima.com
• We will email you a return shipping label.
• Print the label and attach it to the package you are returning.
• Drop it off with any UPS, FedEx or USPS location.
• You pay the return shipping. We return or exchange. No questions asked!
• Be sure to include all the original packaging materials with your return.

Mila Pima reserves the right to refuse refund to any clothing not returned in its original selling condition. Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
